This project aims to create a web application dashboard for Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) that utilizes AI to monitor and manage customer relationships. The application will connect to Claude and HubSpot to analyze customer data, spot early churn risks, identify expansion opportunities, and generate action plans based on email and transcript analysis.
