This project is a web application designed to serve as a professional networking platform for real estate agents, akin to LinkedIn but exclusively for elite and corporate agents. The platform will facilitate connections between agents, allow them to showcase their properties, and enable collaboration on property sales.

## CORE FEATURES
1. **Agent Profiles**: Each agent will have a detailed profile showcasing their qualifications, ratings (similar to Uber), and recommendations from peers, including who wrote each recommendation.
2. **Property Listings**: Agents can list properties for sale, with details including images and descriptions. The application will feature 20 fictitious properties associated with the user edwincoya@gmail.com.
3. **Internal Messaging System**: Agents can send messages to one another to discuss commission sharing and potential buyer referrals.
4. **Rating System**: A robust rating system that allows agents to rate each other based on their collaboration on sold or rented properties.
5. **Search and Filter Options**: Users can search for agents and properties with various filters to enhance discoverability.
