It integrates with existing accounting systems like Lexware Office and Xero, enhancing workflow efficiency without replacing these systems. Users can submit documents through various methods, and the app will automatically process, categorize, and validate them before forwarding to the chosen accounting software.

   - Collects essential company information such as name, industry, VAT status, and preferred accounting system.
